What is Holistic Health and Wellness?
Holistic health and wellness is an approach to your health and lifestyle that addresses every aspect of YOU (i.e. Mind, Body and Spirt).
“Spirit” does not necessarily mean anything “spiritual” or “religious.” In addition to keeping you physically strong and mentally focused, holistic health stimulates your passions and desires. Additionally, it will strengthen your essential being. That is what we mean by “Mind, Body and Spirit.”
Holistic health and wellness looks at the “whole” individual and takes an integrative approach to making you well and keeping you fit – rather than just treating the symptoms of disease.
Holistic medicine combines the best of both worlds. We will use proven medical practices, such as Hormone Replacement Therapy, to get you back in balance and then also recommend a program of lifestyle changes to keep you healthy, fit, and happy.
What is a Holistic Wellness Coach?
The path to holistic health and wellness starts with making a conscious choice to live a better, healthier life!
A Holistic Wellness Coach is the person that can help you set your goals, put you on your path, and see that you achieve them. The role of a Holistic Wellness Coach is to use her skills and training to empower you to tap into your own inner strengths to help you to restore health and vitality, and preserve your well-being.
Our Holistic Wellness Coach is Heather Holder. She is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, has a B.S. in psychology and is a Board Certified Drugless Practitioner.
Heather can help you, because she was once where you are now.
After achieving personal success in the corporate world, she realized something was “missing.” Her life was in a state of unbalance. Feeling the physical and emotional strain of too much stress and other unhealthy lifestyle choices.
As a result, she started on her own path to holistic health and wellness, balance and personal growth. She soon realized her calling in life was to share her life-changing experiences with others. In 2012, Heather became a Holistic Wellness Coach. She could now pursue her true passion: helping others succeed in living a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle.
Today, Heather is committed to helping you realize your “personal best” and achieve vital, vibrant health!
She takes an integrative approach to wellness. She places a comprehensive focus on nutrition, emotional balance, natural ways to relieve stress, and customized programs to support optimal health and well-being.
