I have been using the P-shot for many years now to improve the sex lives of my male patients. What is the P-Shot?
I pride myself on finding new therapies to improve the quality of life of my clients. We were one of the first in this area to use PRP, or platelet rich plasma therapies, such as the P-shot to help men perform better in the bedroom.
As an innovator, one of the things I really like to do, is see how newly introduced therapies can work in combination with our existing male enhancement treatments to make each one that much more effective.
We recently added pulsed acoustical wave therapy, a sexual wellness treatment for men. By itself, the program which we call GainsWAVE, is giving men remarkable improvements in sexual stamina.
However, when can combine GainsWAVE therapy with our other proven PRP-based male enhancement techniques, such as the P-shot, we get even better results!
The kinds of results we are getting in our P-shot patients who also receive GainsWAVE treatment, are reinforced by several studies that have shown the benefits of combining PRP therapies with acoustical wave therapies.
The P-shot and Sound Waves Work Better Together
The P-shot uses PRP. PRP is a healing solution made from your own blood. PRP was originally used to treat sports injuries.
It is also from the arena of sports medicine that we first discovered that PRP and pulsed-wave therapies work better together.
Orthopedists and sports doctors were quite aware of the healing properties of low-frequency sound waves to help speed the repair of tendon and ligament injures. They were also using PRP to treat the same kinds of injuries. When injected into a site of injury, PRP reduces inflammation, increases blood flow, and stimulates tissue regrowth.
Ultrasonic sound waves like those used in the GainsWAVE have a similar effect in reducing inflammation and stimulating cellular rejuvenation. It was logical for sports doctors to assume that combining the two therapies would increase the healing effect.
It seems that the two therapies do help one another do their jobs better; an effect in medicine we call “synergistic.” Apparently, the PRP opens up blood vessels, which enhances the effects of the wave therapy, and the sound waves helped to “force” the healing factors in the PRP deeper into the injured tissues, enhancing their effect.
It only stands to reason that combining the P-shot with sound wave therapies would have similar positive effects when they are used together for male enhancement.
GainsWAVE Therapy and The P-shot
Not every man who I see with sexual performance issues will need both GainsWAVE therapy and the P-shot. Some men can benefit with either therapy alone. In fact, men who have used the GainsWAVE who didn’t even have a problem with ED, say it has helped them have the best sex ever!
However, I have found that when indicated, combining the two therapies are a one-two punch that can knock out erectile difficulties!
When the GainsWAVE is used first, prior to administering a P-shot, I find that the treatment takes effect quicker and lasts longer. I believe this is because the application of the wave therapy “prepares the way,” for the P-shot.
By using the wave therapy first, stem cells and erectile tissue within the penis are already in a stimulated state before the P-shot is given. This makes the P-shot work faster, and last longer.
