What Is Sermorelin Forte Plus?

Home » Knowledge Center » Hormone Therapy » What Is Sermorelin Forte Plus?

Sermorelin, a man-made version of a naturally occurring human growth hormone-releasing hormone that stimulates the pituitary gland to release more human growth hormone, is sometimes used in conjunction with other growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs). Two such combinations are sometimes known as:

  • Sermorelin forte: sermorelin with GHRP 6
  • Sermorelin forte plus: sermorelin with GHRP 6 and GHRP 2

All three of these are analogs of naturally occurring peptides that work together to stimulate the body to produce and secrete more human growth hormone. Many people believe that when sermorelin is concurrently administered with one or more growth

hormone-releasing peptides, it greatly increases the effects of all three of these formulations.

Possible Therapies for Declining Human Growth Hormone Levels Available From HealthGAINS

HealthGAINS formulates therapies specifically for each person. If your levels of human growth hormone are low or declining, your therapy could include:

Sermorelin Injections

Sermorelin stimulates the body to produce and release growth hormones. This type of therapy has been in use for decades and is generally thought to be safe and effective. Our therapies may use sermorelin injections in conjunction with other GHRPs, including GHRP 2, GHRP 6, or ipamorelin.

Ipamorelin Injections

Ipamorelin is a GHRP that can increase growth hormone levels by triggering the body to produce more of these hormones. It can be prescribed on its own or in conjunction with sermorelin or other hormones.

Human Growth Hormone Therapy

Occasionally, a person’s growth hormone levels are so low that the body has a hard time catching up using sermorelin and/or a GHRP alone. When this occurs, we may prescribe growth hormone injections to normalize the person’s hormone levels. This should help alleviate symptoms quickly.

You Will Need to Undergo Testing to See if Sermorelin Therapy Will Be Effective for You

We cannot prescribe sermorelin therapy without first ensuring it will be effective for you. This requires us to take blood and perform a lab panel to check your growth hormone levels. Once we have this blood work completed, we can analyze the results. If necessary, one of our doctors can meet with you to create your customized therapy plan to help address your declining or low hormone levels.

If prescribed sermorelin, you will give yourself subcutaneous injections of sermorelin into the fat just under the skin of your abdomen, thigh, upper arm, or other location each night. Once you begin sermorelin therapy or other hormone replacement therapy, we will monitor you closely to ensure you are seeing the benefits you should and that your levels begin to improve.

Reported Benefits of Sermorelin Therapy

The purpose of sermorelin, growth hormone-releasing peptides, growth hormone replacement therapy, and other medications used as a part of sermorelin therapy is to increase the levels of growth hormones in the body. This hormone plays a number of key roles in the body, and often naturally decreases as people age. This can cause symptoms that range from feeling tired to inability to concentrate.

Undergoing sermorelin therapy and following your plan carefully could help improve your symptoms. Our members who undergo this type of therapy report experiencing:

  • More energy and stamina.
  • Improved memory, focus, and concentration.
  • Increased libido and sexual potency.
  • Better sleep, including fewer sleep disturbances.
  • Improved cardiovascular health.
  • Improve immune system response.
  • Changes in skin texture and elasticity.
  • Increased bone density.
  • Loss of excess body fat.
  • Increased muscle mass and improved ability to rebuild muscle.
